STARTING DECEMBER 8, 2024 WE WILL BE MOVING OVER TO PLANNING CENTER GIVING

INTEGRATING OUR SYSTEMS

This will help us integrate our giving platform with existing systems making us more efficient by centralizing information.

Stewardship has always been a high priority. Switching platforms gives us the opportunity to save more than $17k in the first year with additional opportunities for more savings. This allows us to put more money towards our mission of leading people to life in Jesus!

I want to start giving using by banking information

I GIVE MANUALLY THROUGH PUSHPAY

If you use the Victory Faith app or website to give, starting December 8, you'll see the new Planning Center platform when you go to give.

You'll be prompted to log into your Planning Center account or create one if you don't already have one. Because we use Planning Center for many different areas of the church (kids check-in, groups, most events, etc...) you likely already have an account! Once you get logged in, you can scroll to "My Giving" and will be able to give via card, Apple Pay, or your banking ACH information.

If you have used the Pushpay app in the past, you can delete it from your mobile device and now give via the Victory Faith app or website.
GIVE NOW VIA PLANNING CENTER GIVING

I have a recurring gift through pushpay

First, log in and set up your new giving profile with Planning Center, then cancel your current recurring gift with PushPay using the steps below.

1.
Log into your PushPay account.

2.
Click the edit button next to your recurring gifts.

3.
Hit the cancel button in the top right corner.
(Repeat the last two steps for each recurring gift if you have more than one.)

I GIVE VIA CASH OR CHECK

The switch to the Planning Center Giving platform will not impact the way you currently give to Victory Faith. The only thing you'll notice are some updated envelopes. If you would like to begin giving online, you can find directions for how to do that below.

Thank you for taking this next step! You can give one-time or recurring gifts through the Planning Center link below or through your mobile device via the Victory Faith app starting December 8.

I'D LIKE TO START GIVING USING MY BANKING INFORMATION

There’s no obligation to donate using your banking info and we understand the desire to safeguard your financial information, however Planning Center utilizes Stripe as their payment processor which supports large companies like Twitter, Lyft, Pinterest, etc… and they have obtained the highest financial security rating an organization can obtain meanwhile Planning Center themselves has also obtained industry leading data security ratings.

Using your banking information is the best way to reduce costs for Victory Faith and keep more of your money on mission. For example a $300 donation through debit / credit would normally cost the church $6.75, whereas using your banking information it will only costs $.30.

By partnering with Stripe, Planning Center has made the process of giving through your bank very simple where all you’ll need is your login information.
